We are pleased to partner with Jubenesence® to bring a residential ‘Distinctly Different Wellbeing Retreat’ to Henley Hall.  

The 3-day Wellbeing Retreat nourishes the body, mind and soul; where you will gain renewed vitality and personal growth insights through a series of structured activities and workshops. This retreat will inspire you to live life with greater intention.  By the time you leave us, we want you to be thinking and feeling great about yourself, and to have made a few small but intentional changes to your mindset and lifestyle.

The programme 

    Running from Monday afternoon to Thursday morning, you will spend your time;

    • Moving and stretching to reenergise the body and mind through a combination of exercise and Yoga
    • Participating in workshops and one to one coaching sessions, where you will explore and develop your personal levels of resilience to challenge and ambiguity.
    • Eating, healthy balanced food, prepared on site by our resident chef.
    • Participating in practical workshops that provide a “distinctly different” experience
    • Embracing nature and the great outdoors
    • Socialising and sharing experiences to learn from each other.

    Living life with intention will always require effort and sometimes support, so you will have continued access to your trainers and coaches after you have left us. We want you to have access to a support network, should you ever need it.

    Our residential chef has developed nutritionally balanced and varied menus delivering wholesome and healthy dishes. 

    The course includes a nutrition talk and demonstration with our personal chef and nutritionist to kick start a healthy diet and lifestyle.

    This, coupled with the menu cards will enable you to continue the new health lifestyle once you return home.

    Matt

    Matt will be your primary instructor on the retreat. He holds a BSc in Human Physiology and is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor.  In addition, Matt is also accredited in 5 voices, Heart-Math and is a qualified Resilience Practitioner

    Through his education and training Matt understands that our ability to be at our best is driven through managing our mind, body, and spirit. They are not independent of each other, rather, they interact and combine to make us the people that we are today.

    Matt combines his background and skills to take a holistic approach to personal development and wellbeing, where he coaches individuals and teams to live life with intention!
