Henley Hall is pleased to partner with Jubenesence® to bring a residential ‘Fitness Camp’ to Henley Hall – a personally developed, intensive, structured programme of exercise and nutrition designed to improve the wellbeing of the individual.

The programme 

  • A personally challenging programme of strength, conditioning and cardiovascular exercise designed around your goals, whether weight loss, kick-starting a new fitness programme or extending your current fitness levels.

  • One-on-one time with our trainers ensures we understand you and your goals. Body measurements and compositional data at the start and end of camp helps you visualise your results.

The course includes:

  • 4 nights accommodation – arriving Monday and departing Friday.

  • 6-8 work out sessions on Day 2, 3 & 4

  • Inside workout space for use in poor weather conditions

  • Nutritionally balanced meals  - breakfast, lunch, dinner all included

  • Holistic well-being package including relaxing yoga sessions and short talks on resilience and nutrition.

  • Post camp support including menu from the week and ongoing exercise ideas to maintain results.

NUTRITION

Our residential chef has developed nutritionally balanced and varied menus delivering ultimate fitness and performance whilst meeting your goals. 

If your aim is weight loss, reducing diets that still enable you to ‘pack a punch’ can be tailor made to achieve results. 

During the residential course, our team of top trainers and chefs offer 2 sessions focussed on education on health eating and nutrition.

This, coupled with the menu cards will enable you to continue the new health lifestyle once you return home.

MEET THE TEAM

Matt Juby, the founder of Jubenescence, works with 2 other physical trainers, Massimo (Max) and Rachel to bring a wealth of training expertise.  

From boxing to ballet, core strength and conditioning, the team have all the skills and expertise to help create a new you. For more information on the course and what to expect, contact Matt.

CONTACT MATT

Matt

Matt spent over 20 years working in the corporate environment, frequently travelling across continents, living in hotels and spending much of the working day in meetings.

He became aware of the impact that a predominantly sedentary lifestyle was having on his health and wellbeing. Improving his exercise and nutritional patterns created an immediate and positive impact on his physical and mental state.

Matt now works as a full time PT and nutritional advisor. He understands the impact that a hectic life can have on the individual and the importance of good health and wellbeing has never been more important. Matt works with individual and corporate clients where he uses his experience to take an holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing.

Matt believes that success is built on marginal gains!

Rachael

Sport and fitness has always been a big part of Rachel’s life and one of the main reasons she pursued it as a career, with a degree in Sports Therapy, a Personal Training qualification and masters in Strength and Conditioning. 

Rachel  has worked in the fitness industry for nearly 10 years, working with a wide range of clientele, including professional athletes, providing 1-2-1 sessions, group personal training, strength and conditioning as well as rehabilitation and corrective exercise.

Massimo (Max)

Max has over 20 years experience within the fitness industry and holds a diploma in Personal Training through Premier Training International.

Alongside his personal training and Max has spent 13 years as a Classical Ballet Trainer using the Cecchetti method and Agrippina Vaganova. Max has 5 years of Shotokan Karate training and is also a gymnastic and body preparation coach for the South East of England.
